Bad service from Nedbank

Nedbank is the worst bank ever .... the call centre people are so unhelpful. I don't understand what they are doing there . They have no clue what is happening. From 10:00 am till 12:00 trying to get assistance. Transferring me to department.... till now I am waiting for Some one to call me back ... nothing.... it so pointless having a service which doesn't work ... I think the call centre should close because you get no help.... the service is terrible..
