Bad service from Home Loans

I app**** at Nedbank for a bond increase. They gave me a high interest rate compared FNB. yesterday, I tried seeking for clarity from Shanel Dayanand from Nedbank regarding the interest rate. She ignored my call. I tried to look for someone else to assist me. Later, she called me back shouting that her PC has problems and I wasn't supposed to go around and look for other people.

Today, she's so rude to me and she says she yesterday was her first day from leave. When I seek for feedback, she says I have to wait there are steps to be followed. When seek for clarity, she sends long emails informing me about rules instead of answering my question.

So when employees are from leave. They must not assist us?

I'm really concidering switching my bond to FNB.
