Bad service from bank

Ive been with nedbank for 33 years. From my cheque account home loan and a few mor product i have/had with them. My account was hacked 2 month ago and over R20000 was taken from my account. The bank was just not intrested in my problem. The only people that can send you bank approve messages is the bank. Now i want to know who sent that message that gave them the opportunity to hack my account. O and did i mention the sevice now and professionality at nedbank sucks.
