BAD SERVICE FROM AVO BY NEDBANK

I've ordered and pay for something on the 18th of November 2021. They indicated that delivery will be on the 29th of November 2021. Strange, but acceptable. So 29th come and go. No delivery. Queried this on the 30th, they said due to Black Friday there is a delay in delivery. On the 7th of December there was still no word as to when I will receive my order. I've cancelled my order & now I'm struggling to even get the payment that is reserved, reversed. This is the worst service I've ever received from any online shopping service.
