Bad service

I am financed by MFC last year November I received a call from a Nedbank consultant advising me that MFC would like to thank me for being a good payer and that they would like to rebate me for that , so for me to get my 200 rand rebate I need to have a Nedbank account so that will only charge me 99 rands a month but I need to submit my proof of residence and ID at a Nedbank branch to activate the account, so I never got a chance to go to Nedbank so I went to a nearest branch earlier this year the host explained to me that for that rebate to happen I need to switch my salary I told her I can’t do that she gave me the call centre number since when the don’t deal with such issues at the branch level , now I am being abused by VVM about me owing Nedbank R1600 and something for something I never even activated and when I call that call centre the phone get cut cause I don’t get the authentication message and I must take my time off and be in trouble at work because of people who are after sales I want my name removed from all this *******
