BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to close off 2 CHEQUE account for a week but I keep being told of moving funds, You do not want to close this account, you want me to encure charges so that when I close I wont be able to. I also called your company for another account to close I was referred to collections department and that lady screamed at me and promised me to send a statement of my pending charges hence the account is not closed, If you can listen to the call as I am the one that reached one,,,
