Bad service

Hi around 11:10 today 05/02/2026 I deposited money to my nedbank personal account on the ATM at Klerksdorp City mall branch,only for the atm to continue reading the money and not reflecting it to my account, I then went into the branch sat there for over 45 minutes only to be told that a query will be lodged and it would take 3 to 4 working days, that time I desperately need to send the money to my wife who has an emergency. It's the Atm and nedbank fault not mine and now I'm being told to wait..
