Bad service

Nedbank is the worst bank i ever used.. I was receiving my salary with capitec but nedbank convinced me to switch from capitec to nedbank and am regretting now... Everytime I visit nedbank i have to beg them to help me. I have 3 accounts with nedbank two are active and one it's saying pending activation.. One day i called nedbank because i wanted to activate it and the lady i was talking to on the phone said she did activate it so i accidentally sent the money to the account which is still pending activation so when i call they told me to go to the branch and then i decided to do so. Am worried about nedbank in Southgate mall staff they don't treat us with respect
