bad service ever!!!

23 days now m waiting for Nedbank to approve my claim on the car insurance. it hard to get through to them it took me half day to call them today still nothing. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!!! I WANT MY CAR TO FIX. the Panel beater is waiting for approval. WORSE Company to deal with.
