bad service ever

I am so disappointed with this bank .I have requested the banking details to be changed for months now .I haven't receive any feedback .I think is about time I apart ways with you company because you all care about the company not the customers .You service is very poor i wont recommend to anyone .I used to trust you with my money but now i am not even sure what was i thinking in the first place
