Bad service ever

I’ve never been so disappointed and neglected by Nedbank in my entire 2years of having a relationship with them, I’ve app**** for a personal load 2 weeks ago and I’ve been only told it has been approved but nothing was paid to me. I was looking for 200k but they dropped by saying they can only give me 100k, I accepted the offer bcz I urgently need money, after 24 hours I was told that they can only offer me 63k due to off affordability. I took the offer, Constance and her team been ignoring my emails worse I even requested her TL or supervisor to call me and they promised to do so. I’ve been inconvenienced here because I could have done my license and wait for it while I still working from home, till do date no one has bothered to call me. Constance only told me that she’s waiting for my contract to be sent and it’s been a full 2 weeks now, I could have opted to other services providers but bcz I trusted them I kept waiting. Nedbank has done me dirty big time
