Bad service

I was ****med by one of Nedbank client I opened a case against me ... Nedbank asked me to send proof of Everything since the account was a business account I can be assisted ..I did everything they told me to do then after they told me my investigator is Glynis I must call her/him for further information I've been waiting for feedback for more than 2weeks I tried calling Glynis but they not taking my calls I don't know if they are ignoring me or what.....am very ****ed I feel like they are helping their clients to **** us
