Bad service

i took an account with Nedbank almost a month and half. I was advised to go to the branch because of POPIA since i used to have an account before. Went to the bank got issued a temporary card which will expire soon. Was advised to contact Nedbank 0800 number and issue them my new for the delivery my card. This was on the 24th September. I have not received my card. i have been contacting Nedbank. Yesterday they put me to DSV. No feedback nothing
