Bad service

I did an funeral cover insurance for myself included my mom ,my son and my grandfather and I was told that my waiting period its 6 months but when I did a claim on November..I was told that my waiting period for my grandfather its 12months which I was never informed about the 12months..nedbank its reaping people on a serious note it has a really bad bad service I'm not happy with them I regret having a policy with them
