Bad Service

My husband sends money every month from his Belgium account to my Nedbank account, for my expenses in South Africa. The foreign department does not released the money in time . It takes more then 10 days. They hold the money. I am not sure for what. When you talk to an agent on the chat department the say must contact the global department. I have sent several emails but no response. That how Nedbank treats there customers. Why are there people working in the global department. The service is terrible. Better close the bank down if you cannot help the customers. I rather move my account to another bank that gives good service. Thank you Roma De Ruyter
