Bad Service

good day , im not happy with the service that i have recieved . I took out a loan with your bank and every thing went well. im currently in a process of buying a house and im being told i have a two loans that have the same amounts and they both start at the same time. im currently in a process of applying for a bond and i can not be approved until i can approve that its 1 loan. please can someone remove the duplicate and get back to me. Your contact center are unable to assist me and this has to be my last resort. i need this to be resolved ASAP and im not willing to wait.
