Bad service

Nedbank Car insurance is the worst. They take forever to answer their phones. I logged in a claim regarding my wheel cabs lost during accident n for my car battery but no one came back to me. Everything when I call to follow up I'm being told that they are waiting for the assessor to respond and it has been weeks now.
