Bad Service

I have just moved from ABSA Insurance for bad service to Nedbank Insurance and I am experiencing the same issue...I have sent 2 emails and a phone call to request my address be changed on my policy and I have not even had the acknowledgement of my email or the change made on my policy!!!!
