Bad service

I can't fit new tyres because Nedbank does not answer their Nedfleet authorisation phone line. I was waiting for 2 hours while the tyre dealer tried to get hold of them. After leaving empty handed, I tried the number myself and was on hold for over an hour before hanging up. Still no answer.
