Bad service

I would like to report bad service from Nedbank personal loan. I took out a personal loan to finish building my house. To my surprise I’ve been paying the loan R1000 for the past year and couple of months that’s what I can afford. I was then applying to get finance for a car and found out that I’ve got a default without being notified by the Daly corporate people who have been handling my account. How do I get a default without being notified?
