Bad service

I app**** for overdraft with nedbank call center 2 weeks it was approved the signed until today still not approved went to the branch today at Birch acres mall they tried calling the person send the contract being told she is off so I have to wait until she back such big company as client I think of changing bank I can't tolerate this kind of service from the bank
