Bad service

I have made a request for a rush on my investment account to transfer money to my savings account. My first conversation with the customer care consultant was that it will take 3 working days. I did the request on Monday 14th December 2020. Needless to say numerous of calls and a visit to the bank, I am still waiting for my money to reflect into my account. I am expected to pay a administration fee of R450 for a 3 day transaction which I am still waiting for money to reflect in my account. For some reason I just cannot get a straight answer from anyone I speak to at Nedbank.
