Bad service

Poor service ever after so many years my parents paying for a insurance.

Early last month we logged a call due to damaged gyser, they sent plumbers to take pictures and went back. We called again in July they came and fix it. 1.It is placed placed on top of backrooms tiles should the rain comes the whole room will be in water. 2.They left electric wires hanging, plumbers said bank will send electricians even today we are waiting. 3.I've been calling and am being taken from one department to another without help.
