Bad service

Nedbank is starting to play games with me ,I canceled greenbacks ages ago .I am still paying 24 rands even today ,why I didn't know .When I speak to them they tell me its cancelled but they still debit my account .I didn't know why its so hard for them to cancel and refund all this monies they took .
