BAD SERVICE

I Sanele kgasapane *** and my phone number ***.I had credit card with nedbank,I settled the credit card paying using my african bank account,the amount was R1500 to exact since I paid the settlement amount of R1500.And still I haven't received any letter showing I have settled my account, still reflecting on my credit score which is impacting my credit score negatively.They already took my account to debt collectors which is damaging my score with other creditors.
