Bad service

I am extremely ****ed off with Nedbank, they are not updating my information on my credit report, i had an outstanding amount with Nedbank on my credit card which i settled in the first week of July and on my report its still outstanding and therefore affecting my credit report and score. This makes me extremely angry and would like information updated right noooooow
