Bad service

Regret in joining nedbank. I had debt orders that went on the 1 of Jan then my account was overdrawn basically negative. So on the 1st of Jan the account was still negative then on the 2nd I made a deposit then everything seemed fine. Today the 3rd of Jan I wake to a message saying your debt orders have been unpaid and they charge me R146 per debt order. Why reverse my debit order while I deposited the negative amount. Regard switching to nedbank professional I am going back to FNB never had this problem with them
