Bad Service closing of Account

Very Bad service my account is in bad arrears due to me phoning and emailing Nedbank to close my account. They said they will phone back up to date no one phoned back. I am not willing to settle the outstanding fees.And i am scared i get blaclisted due to bad service from Nedbank.
