I been calling nedbank regarding the settlement of my personal loan. settled the account and there is credit due to me but todate I have not received the letter nor refund. Call center not helpful at all. nedbank refund me and send the settlement letter.

05 Sept 2024, 09:57So i called today and Mr Willaim from the settlement department has been sitting with the case not closed off my case. This case was logged on the 19 August. nedbank do your work please. I want my refund 8k and settlement letter today
