Bad service

Nedbank charges me for everything I deposit money R30 gone 1 day I don't have money on the account R30 gone everything month I get charged another R30 on top of those I was charged because of I ordered from shein saying they converted the money for me because shein doesn't accept rands guys is that true, I don't know I wasn't my first time ordering but my first time being charged do other bank do this?
