Bad Service

Nedbank agents and multichoice are the same whatsapp group.I've been calling and trying to get my cards to be re-routed and I'm not getting anywhere. Ive been to the branch three times and its not operational. Ive been explaining the same story to lifestyle every week and its like Im talking to robots. Urgently need cards to be sent to Boulders Midrand ASAP. The Centurion Branch is under construction...is being renovated.
