BAD SERVICE

Google play have been trying to take money off my account everyday, and because there is insufficient funds I get charged bank fees. I have tried to get hold of Google but with no luck. The bank is also not assisting me to stop them from trying to take the money. I feel that I am a client of Nedbank and they should handle my account they way I want it. But they simply say it's not their problem. I think this is VERY unprofessional and are now going to cancel my account with them.
