Bad service
Asked to close my account waited over 45mins for chat service to assist. Then department calls and makes no effort to assist me

30 Sept 2021, 08:51so 3 days later my account not closed, no one called or emailed. and on a call now with them wasting my airtime for the last 5mins; waiting onn a manager - they busy with something. **** service since i joined
