Bad service

I am really not happy about the we got from the nedbank branch in Charlotte Maxeke bloemfontein. The consultant are not interested to help us with the stovkvel account simply because they don't have time to work on this because they are not getting paid any commission for this type of account. What I don't understand is why is this my problem? You can't tell people that they are wasting your time, why are you advertising this service if you can't assist us? You consultant Mpho was really rude and we were sent from Charlotte Maxeke to preller from preller to Charlotte Maxeke from Charlotte Maxeke to mimosa and now from mimosa to any branch, your service sucks I will have to die first and come back to life if I should use your services again. You are rude and lazy
