Bad service

I had a query with Nedbank since December till today , no respond everytime I call I'm told my query is processing, so I had a claim from my insurance regarding a loan because I lost a job in November , I submitted all requested documents but till today Nedbank insurance haven't paid a cent to my loan this is affecting my credit score.
