BAD SERVICE BY NEDBANK-STRUGGLING TO GET MY INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESSED

Struggling to get my insurance claim for home appliance. AssessTech Consulting Services fetched my Television (TV) on behalf of Nedbank Insurance on the 4th of July 2023. I was told that it will take about 14 days to process the claim. But to date I am disappointed after payments of serval instalments with Nedbank to be treated like this. NATASHA MOODLIYAR, the investigation officer, keeps passing the bug. Very disappointed with their service it's been almost a month now.
