Bad service by Nedbank maponya mall

I went to Nedbank maponya mall on 12 August 2021 around 2:30 it was very packed as I entered the branch at 16:00 to open the Nedbank for me accounts for my daughters however I was told by the consultant that I cannot open the account manually since my phone cannot download the Nedbank app because it takes about an hour or two to verify the birth certificates I mean what nonsense is that? So I had no choice but to leave the branch after standing in the queue for long, spending my petrol from protea Glen to maponya mall and not be assisted because someone is in a hurry to knock off I'll never ever set my foot in Nedbank
