Bad service by Nedbank call centre

My credit card was activated at the branch then it stopped working then I get asked to tell them to the last coin my last transaction and because I can’t do this I’m being told I have to physically go to a branch in Sa to activate it for a second time !!!! Will Nedbank pay for my fuel for me to physically go there as I’m out of the country? The Nqobile lady was so rude and arrogant 🙄🙄🙄🙄
