Bad service by Nedbank

I once lost my ID in late 2021. On the 21st of October 2022, I learned that someone did ***** with my ID at Nedbank. When I ask how can I clear my name, Nedbank Protea Glen gave me a number to contact. The ***** agent from Nedbank refuses to advise how can I clear my name. I went to the police station to open a case, police said I need a letter from Nedbank stating what kind of ***** was committed with my ID.

Right now I can't even access any service to any bank due to the blockage caused by this ***** that Nedbank is refusing to assist me with. An agent by name of Morwesi Hlopolosa is refusing to assist to clear my name. I'm now failing to provide support to my kids due to this matter.

I'm a mother of three boys that I'm failing to provide basic needs to them due to this matter. I can be contacted *** for any assistance!
