Bad service

Bad service, I'm trying to reverse a simple debit order and stop it from running off my account. I have spoke to 4 different agents who weren't able to assist 1. Njabulo 2.Teacen 3.Keisha 4. Njabulo How does the place where I keep my money not be able to reverse debit orders that are from an outside company?? How do I say that money is kept safe if the place where its kept cant even reverse a mear R250?? or prevent it from running off again??? Do I now have to close my existing account in order to stop these debit orders?
