Bad service

Yesterday i deposited money into my account, it reflected into the app however today when i woke up the money was being held, when i call their customer service i am told that there pending authorization. I need to use this money should i knew that this is how i would be treated i wouldn't have deposited money. Please call me on *** because i have calling you and no one can help me
