Bad service / Bad communication / Bad everything

Nedbank is just becoming the worse bank ever, I understand when a bank has problems and system issue but when it constantly happens then it's a concern and a good reason to just leave this terrible bank. Let me explain why I feel so, I have a personal loan with them and for some reason this loan debited my cheque account which was never authorized by me, secondly the debited an amount 2days ago which was more then the entire loan itself just to wake up this morning and see yet another debit order. I decidede to call the customer care line and all 3 agents dropped the call in my ear. The first 2was rude and the other one tried to help but didn't have a reasonable excuse for all these faults.
