Bad service!!!

If I could I would give them a minus 5 star review. My husband and I have had the worst service. In fact they owe us money back and have been struggling to get it back. Every time we phone it is another excuse. It has been going on for weeks now. Why is it that when you owe the bank they want their money like yesterday, but when they owe you it is the slowest process ever!!!!
