Bad Service

Really bad service received from Nedbank. While I had my home bond, cheque and credit cards with them they were top notch but when it came time to close the account due to immigration I do not hear from "my private banker" and the 2 assitants just keeps saying we will close the account but never gets done. I then get emails send to my old work email and home address saying the account is overdrawn but get no assistance from Nedbank to close it
