Bad service
Trying to load money app since 2020 after suspect ***** that icall the bank to close my account. Went to different Nedbank branches since then till to date to fix my profile and unsuspend my profile so I can load and use my money app but have been take from Pillar to post including the telephone helpline. . very angry , frustrated and disappointed with this.

01 Feb 2023, 12:24Nedbank has poor service both at branch level and telephone. Went to festival mall Nedbank two weeks ago and was promised that my account will be unsuspend but today 01/02/2023 still no one can assist me. Very frustrating and disappointed with the service 😡😡😡😡😡😡
