Bad Service at The Nedbank Bethlehem Branch

I would like to lay an complaint on behalf of my husband, a former client of Nedbank Bethlehem. After numerious calls from Nedbank, he went in to see the consultants for 4 consecutive days, just to find himself waiting for more than 30min, without being recodnise , by asking for service, the person at the door said sorry they busy, 2 consultants helping customers, while there was no other person, customer relations manager or any person attending to those entering the bank, the 4th day, there was not one single customer, only the two consultants at thier desks busy with admin or keeping themself busy with no one knows what.... for the 4th time after 35min, I left the bank again, telling the floor manager if they want to contact me again, they need to make an appointment with me in person and make sure they keep to thier appointment time, for this spesiffic reason I closed my personal account of 25 years , took my bussiness to Standardbank Bethlehem, where we got the best service ever, the most professional , friendly and helpfull staff Ive ever met in my entire life!!! Nedbank Bethlehem you can close your doors if that is the manner you do bussiness!!!! Poor and pathetic is an understatement!!!!
