Bad Service at Nedbank Rivonia Junction Branch

Today I went to Nedbank Rivonia Junction Branch to make a card and was assisted by a consultant by the name of Lebo who gave me an attitude, instead of assisting me with issuing card he started interrogating me as to why do I need a card for and why I didn't order card online and after +/- 10 minutes he told me that there's something he need to do and I should wait for him that's when he left
