Bad service at Nedbank Pretoria central

I made a withdrawal of R2050 from a Nedbank ATM in Pretoria and one R100 note had some stains on it. Nedbank (one lady in particular) said its not their money. They took the R100 note and promised to investigate and call me but never did.
