Bad service at Nedbank Jabulani Mall
The service at Nedbank Jabulani Mall in Soweto, is pathetic. I went in to change my pin and cellphone number. Firstly I was told that the branch is full and I would have to wait outside due to the current covid regulations. Fair enough I waited in a queue for 15minutes before being allowed into the branch. Upon arrival I was shocked to see that the "full" branch is empty. I waited for the lady at reception to come provide a ticket she later issued me with a ticket at 15:32pm. I was asked to take a seat which I did. I have been seating for over 30 minutes while consultants walk up and down the branch, they busy having their own conversations and not giving any attention to the clients. The only Consultant that seems to be working was counter 19 as that seems to be the only counter called over the intercom. In all honesty the queue system works wonders if the people using it know what they doing. If we are going to be biting ideas from other banks, we need to do right or even better then them. Capitec has mastered this maybe Nedbank could learn a thing for 2 from them. I was assisted and the guy by the name of Amen (I assume, since he had no name badge on and that's what his colleagues called him by),stated that the other consultants were stuck and he would assist me as a favor. Another thing PLEASE GET CLOTHS OR WIPES which could be used to clean up the biometrics. It is unhealthy to have to place a finger on a dirty biometric. I am seriously appalled by the service that is being rendered at Nedbank Jabulani Mall.
