Bad service at Nedbank Greenstone

Nedbank Greenstone gave me particularly bad service. When you first arrive there you must wait a few minutes before someone comes to the entrance to give you a ticket. Then I'm sitting there with my ticket waiting to be served. My ticket was up next. The staff allow 2 people to push in front of me. That after I had already been waiting 5 minutes. It's a pity the Balfour Park branch shut down. It should rather have been the Greenstone branch. Only their Forex department gives good service which is why I give them 2 stars not 1.
